Georgia - Clinical Psychologist

Georgia

Clinical Psychologist & Practice Director
AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor

Georgia is a warm and supportive Clinical Psychologist offering telehealth therapy for adults. She creates a welcoming space where clients can safely explore their inner experiences, while developing greater self-compassion and flexibility in responding to distress.

Her sessions are grounded in evidence-based practice and focussed on providing collaborative, person-centred care. She works alongside clients to develop a shared understanding of what they would like to focus on in therapy, supporting them to work toward a life that is meaningful and fulfilling for them.

Georgia’s approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Motivational Interviewing. Sessions often focus on gently building insight into patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours, while also developing sustainable strategies to step back from internal struggles. This approach supports clients to take values-focused actions and engage more fully in the things that matter most for them.

Georgia has supported adults with a variety of presentations across community mental health services, hospitals, residential services and private practice settings. Georgia has experience working with individuals who appear highly capable externally, while managing significant internal stress, and she has a passion for supporting clients navigating periods of stress related to uncertainty and change.
